中心簡介

人類職能模式是由職能治療學術界Gary Kielhofner教授於1980年代所發展的一個以職能為中心、探討個體與環境互動中,如何透過職能活動的參與,影響其意志狀態、建立規律生活常規、增進操作技巧,進而建構個體職能生活的一個臨床理論模式。迄今有超過250篇以上的論文發表,並在全球多處(英國等)建立中心。本中心於2006年2月設立並獲Kielhofner教授之全力支持。

中心成立的目標有:

1. 提供MOHO應用與研究相關資源。

2. 提供中文化的MOHO測驗。

3. 提供中文化的MOHO治療方案。

4. 促進華人職能治療界應用MOHO於臨床實務與研究中。

1. 角色量表

簡介:自填式的測驗。用來獲取個案對生活中所從事的職能角色的觀感,以及認為這些職能角色的重要性。本檢核表共有十種角色,包括:學生、工作者、志工、照顧者、家物處理者、朋友、家庭成員、宗教餐與者、業餘興趣者、參與社團/組織者。

2.職能活動問卷 簡介:自填式的測驗。請個案填寫一天24小時中每半小時間隔中的活動安排,用來了解個案的習慣、活動參與度、勝任感、興趣與價值觀,以及在任何職能領域中是否遭遇問題。

3.台灣興趣量表

簡介:自填式的測驗。本測驗是潘璦琬根據原版的興趣量表,以及正常人與精神病患者之生活活動資料彙整而成,反映台灣的文化興趣,包含40個項目,可用以了解個案的興趣型態,包括興趣強度與操作能力。
